Royal Academy of Engineering Malpas Scholarship, UK
A £2,500 postgraduate scholarship, towards fees and living expenses, shall be awarded each year to one student. The Scholarship holder shall also be given the opportunity to apply for a further £2,500 ‘golden handshake’ upon successful recruitment into an engineering position, following graduation.
The Scholarship is open to outstanding students who have successfully applied for one of the taught postgraduate courses at Newcastle University listed above.
Criteria for candidates:
• Must be a British National
• Hold a first class honours degree, in a relevant science or engineering discipline
• Must be applying to study for a postgraduate degree on one of the MSc programmes listed above at Newcastle University
